Wonderful team at Pryce Homes
We have had Nate and his team do significant repairs at our house, which was built in 2005. They have had to deal with multiple, significant leaks to walls and to our outside deck. This has been a several month long project. And, they have had to repaint the entirety of the inside of the house. They have had to deal with everything from plumbers to electricians, and almost every trade in between. Michelle is his chief project manager, and she is very organized. She never forgets anything and promptly (as I requested) send detailed invoices and their electronic payment system makes it so easy to handle. I trust them completely, and honestly don’t know what I would have done without them over these past few months of leak discoveries!! And, they are helping me to upgrade and update certain areas of the home, like some metal clad work in the kitchen/bar area and new granite installation in the master bedroom. I thank them regularly for their services and professionalism.
