The first step is scheduling a consultation with Pryce Homes. During our initial meeting, we will discuss your specific desires for your new home and answer any questions you may have about the building process. We'll give you a cost estimate, project timelines and discuss any logistic challenges.

Site Location & Pre-Construction
Once you've decided to move forward, we will assist you in choosing a homesite. We can also build on your current home site. The pre-construction phase involves assisting with the selection of an architect and with obtaining city approvals.

The Design Process
Your new home needs to be as functional as it is aesthetically appealing. During this phase, you will work closely with us to express your ideas, while our team will explain any critical elements needed to build a house that matches your needs.
We discuss everything involved in your new home's exterior and interior.

The Building Phase
We'll introduce you to your building team when we're ready to begin construction. Clear, open communication is imperative throughout construction to avoid delays or costly misunderstandings.
We can't give an exact answer on how long it will take to build your custom home, but the team at Pryce Homes will do everything to speed up the process without compromising quality.

Our obligations as a professional building company do not end when we finish a project.
