frequently asked questions
Can we build a custom home within our budget?
Most likely, yes. We start by understanding what you need, reviewing the scope, and building a realistic budget around it. If costs need to come down, we’re good at finding creative solutions that don’t compromise the things that matter most to you.
What does your GC Fee include?
It covers the oversight, coordination, and execution of your entire project. That includes managing subcontractors, keeping the schedule on track, handling day-to-day decisions, and making sure everything is built to the standard we expect.
Can you recommend an Architect?
Yes. We work with several architect partners at different price points. Whether you want a more budget-friendly option or a well-known name, we can point you in the right direction and coordinate with whoever you choose.
How long does the entire design-build process take?
For a new custom home, plan for around two years from start to finish. Design typically takes 4-6 months, permitting and HOA approval another 4-6 months, and construction runs about 12 months. Remodel timelines vary depending on scope but are generally much shorter.
Who is your team comprised of?
Every project involves our Owner, Project Manager, Superintendent, and on-site crew. We’re a tight team, and that’s intentional. Every person knows your project, and Nate is personally involved from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
